A&K Printing & Pools was established by Isabelle and Harold “Tuffy” Abbs. The family installed a pool at home and realized that there was no place where they could purchase the needed chemicals. As a result, they started their own pool chemical company.
Eventually, they expanded the business and started offering pool construction and installation services. Since then, the company has become the trusted name in printing and swimming pools.
Ron Abbs and his sister-in-law, Candy Abbs, now manage A&K Printing & Pools. The company, having served many clients in the eastern part of Sturgis for more than 6 decades, is now located in the downtown area to better serve the community.
